The Ally Advantage
Admissions Connect transforms the way skilled nursing facilities evaluate referrals. Instead of manually reviewing hundreds of pages across clinical histories, insurance documents, and prior authorizations, your team gets a structured, auditable analysis that covers clinical needs, reimbursement projections, staffing requirements, and quality impact - all before you make an acceptance decision. Every output is traceable to the source documents. Nothing is generated, inferred, or assumed. AI extracts and organizes. Humans decide. Built in partnership with Zimmet Healthcare and integrated into the zPAX Post-Acute eXchange platform serving 1,200+ SNF providers nationwide.

Why We're Different
Packet Ingestion
Upload the full referral packet - typically 50-100+ pages, no limit. Hospital records, insurance docs, medication lists.
Any format.

Clinical Summary
AI generates a structured summary with diagnoses, acuity indicators, and care requirements - cited directly to source pages. No hallucination.
Care Plan Drafting
Initial care plan drafted from clinical data. Nursing interventions, therapy recommendations, dietary considerations. Your team reviews and approves.
HPPD Projections
Hours per patient day calculated from the clinical profile so your staffing team knows the resource impact before acceptance.
Reimbursement Modeling PDPM classification and projected revenue calculated automatically. Compare against your current case-mix.
Margin Analysis
Clinical, staffing, and reimbursement data combined into a single margin projection. Know if this admission helps or hurts before you say yes.
The Problem
Skilled nursing facilities receive referral packets that typically run 50 to 100 pages and can reach 300 or more. Clinical records, insurance verifications, prior authorizations, medication histories, and hospital discharge summaries all arrive in different formats from different sources. Today, admissions teams spend hours manually reviewing these packets looking for clinical red flags, insurance coverage gaps, staffing implications, and reimbursement alignment. The process is slow, inconsistent, and depends on whoever is reviewing. The result: missed revenue from declined referrals that would have been profitable, accepted admissions that strain staffing or produce negative margins, and a bottleneck that limits how many referrals your team can evaluate in a day.
The Solution
Admissions Connect uses schema-driven extraction - not generative summarization - to process referral packets. Every data point is pulled from a specific location in the source documents and tagged accordingly. The system produces six outputs from a single packet upload: admission recommendation with supporting rationale, structured clinical summary with source citations, draft care plan based on extracted clinical data, HPPD and staffing projection, PDPM classification and reimbursement estimate, and margin analysis comparing projected cost to projected revenue. Every output includes page-level citations back to the source packet. Your admissions team reviews, adjusts, and makes the final call. The AI never makes an autonomous admission decision.
